President and CFO: Brad Westerop
Brad Westerop was elected President in November, 2011. Handling everything from finances to fans, he’s an integral part of everything business, hence his nickname, Business Brad. When Brad got wind of what was to become a global revolution in comfort, he jumped on board and thanks to him, we’re growing every day. He’s an avid VW fan and you may see his green Passat scooting around Vancouver and Whistler, always repping Thuggies with his bright green sticker.
Town Crier and Marketing Director: Kimberley “I just hate pants” Bowie
Kim is the voice and marketing visionary behind Why Not Apparel Inc. A punnist, writer and marketer by trade, when she saw what would become the Thuggie, she knew there was money to be made, and people to be pleased. Professionally heading the public relations and marketing department was a fit and unprofessionally enjoying pants optional outfits was always a pet cause for her. The symbiosis of the two was harmony.
Website/Design/Creative Director/Doer of Magical Things: David Belanger
Dave came to us in the most modern and miraculous of ways. Kim couldn’t contain her excitement and started the Thuggies Twitter account before even creating a website. Within moments, there was Dave. He found us in a symphony of serendipity and asked to order as many Thuggies as he could get his hands on by Christmas. Instead of many Thuggies, he found himself a partner in Why Not Apparel Inc. He is the creative genius behind the Thuggies website, logo and all graphics.
